Save the Date for Skate Night!

Bring the whole family down for ice skating and help fund the Grade 5 class activities! Don't miss a fun-filled evening at SoNo Ice House Friday, March 14th. Skating will run from 6:30 - 8:30 PM . Tickets are $15 per skater in advance ($20 at the door CASH ONLY)

*Friendly Reminders*

- Don't forget to visit the Bar Down Grill for some featured menu item specials. A portion of the sales will be donated to the Fifth Grade.

- A game room will be available for anyone who needs some downtime between skating.

- Rental skates are not included and will be an additional $5. Please bring your own skates if you have them!

- This is NOT a Drop-Off event. An adult must be present in the Building for all students/children.

Rowayton's One School One Book Reveal

We are thrilled to announce our 2025 celebration of One School, One Book to begin on March 18. We cannot wait to begin the journey of reading with our entire school community.

One School, One Book is an event that takes place at schools across the country. Schools choose a book to read all together. For one month, students get to read with their teachers, family, and friends – they can even read to pets!

Each family will receive a copy of the book to keep at home. Students will be getting the book to bring home today so that we can start reading together on March 18. If your family has more than one child at the school, the oldest sibling receives the copy of the book to take home. You will also receive a calendar with assigned days for reading certain chapters. We will be sharing a link to recordings of read alouds for the chapters of the book for families to follow along at home. As we read, students will have the opportunity to participate in many activities and lessons. We will have some art displays, bulletin boards, celebrations, and special announcements! There will also be raffles and contests, so be sure to keep up on your reading.

Kindergarten Registration is Open

Do you know and incoming Kindergartener for the 2025-2026 school year? Encourage families to begin registration early. Registered families will receive information and be invited the Kindergarten Open House in May. Visit the Norwalk Public Schools website to start or call the Main Office for help. Please note that students must be five years old on or before September 1, 2025 to register.
